Please take those pictures of my club’s setup. Thanks.

How big is your place? We are finally renovating ours.

What would you do to ensure it was comfortable, inviting, functional and organized and not break the bank?
I'll sleep on the ground if you got mallards. I don't need all that fancy shite. Therefore, firewood would be my "must have".

My BIL is there now and texted me this a.m. that he had one pond holding about 50 mallards and another 30 or so divers. This is the most we have had all year so I'm headed up tomorrow to finish up the season this weekend. Yeah, I don't need fancy either, but don't think I can sleep outside.

Cool. I can tough it out at least until I get a possession limit.

Nights this week through next week is where you’d want a nice fire pit and grill to cookout and all

Thought about just doing a row of rooms like an old motor hotel where they can pull up to a private room with shower and just use the main house for kitchen, great room, and maybe 2 BR suites. A big bunk room is fine for one night but would get old quick.

Why did you use the word affordable in your OP and now are talking about this for 14-20 people? None of that goes together.
