I have a 10 month and 14 month old labs. I want to keep them on the same food.

Full blooded lab is full grown between 12 and 14 months so 14 months is a good time to switch.

The dogs you mentioned will be ok to transition to another food.
Mix it heavy on puppy at first then transition to heavy on the new food of choice until you are only feeding the new.

Yea they should be fine. What are you feeding them? Make sure you gradually switch.

I swap when they quit looking like puppies.

Your name needs to contain the word kill

No. Take them off puppy food and feed them some large breed food. Lot of research on hip displasia and high protein foods.

You think I should quell my request before its too late?

I would take a lab off puppy food at around 6 months usually.
