Waterfowl hunting in NWR

Probably a simple question but I couldn't find it given directly. Is there a shell limit on NWR? 15 as state usually allows?

Cache in Arkansas has no shell limit.
ETA: 1 box limit on NWR in Louisiana is news to me.

On Big Branch pamphlet last season. IDK, mayeb I'm going crazy. I swear I remember it being there though.

Could've been last season's regs. But as far as I know, nowhere in LA has shell limits. That being said, some people could benefit from said limits.

It would be nice if most WMA's had year round shooting ranges, and perhaps sporting clays/skeet. Make is accessible year round charge a nominal fee if needed and increase the use of the land...

The NWR's in SE Texas have a 2 box limit. They are serious about it too. Green jeans will count them when he comes up on you.
