Yes and they replaced promptly without sending the old back. The old ones I scuffed with an acetone soaked scotch Brite till I got all the stickiness gone. Going to dip them myself and keep for backup

Update: a little over 2 months since I submitted the claim for the forearm and butt stock.

Heritage quality guns will never have a plastic stock. The degradation is part of plastic chemistry

I am pretty sure Duratouch was the only type with an issue. Have not heard of this with any other "plastic"

Idk about the stock, but a sticky steering wheel can be fixed with... Baby wipes.

Happened to my Urika 2 beretta and I think it was bug spray that melted it.
I bought new forend as that was only place guy was ruined.

Received the butt stock a couple days ago. Once again, no charge and Benelli's customer service is fantastic
