Good morning all. Looking for recs on brands, models and dealers. Need front end loader, rear hydraulics, and 4wd. Anticipated use will be light to moderate yard and small farm type work and shredding trails in hunting club. Tiller attachment will be a must as well. Thanks in advance.

I have a Mahindra 3510 Ive been happy with, doing the same type of work you are looking to do. What I would make sure is that there is a dealer/service center close when you need some parts or service.

I would look for a 2011-2013 Kubota. These don't have the new emission crap on them. I bought a L4600 with 257 hrs with a front loader with quick detach and canopy for about 15K. Love it.

ETA: get the quick hitch. It will be the best $$$ you will spend on your tractor. Makes changing out implements a breeze.

I do all that you described with a 42 HP John Deere (4005). Had if for about 10 years and it has been a real solid tractor. Only problem is any part you buy that has green paint on it is high as giraffe poon

Last year I purchased a Mahindra 1626 w/bucket 4 WD shuttle. 5ft bushhog, 5ft box blade, 5ft landscape rake and a 4ft tiller. So far it's been great. I use it a lot around the yard and at the deer camp. Also like that I can pull it with no stain on my truck.
F.Y.I. If you don't mind a short road trip and can pay cash Jonesboro Tractor in Jonesboro, Ar. will make you a really good deal. They will also deliver for a nominal price. One of the fellas in our club got one from them last year. I almost did . They record it as a cash sale ....no sales tax.

I have had a kubota L4701 for the last 2-1/2 years and it has been flawless. Mine is 4x4 hydrostatic. Best implement I own is a land pride grapple. Good balance of size and power in this model as next step up would probably require a deck over trailer to hauls around and would be a bit tight in the woods.

Wouldn't buy any tractor under 32HP and if one can, go up to a 50hp or better.

They are all good. But one with the closest dealer/shop/maintenance closest to your house or camp

I have a 2011 Kubota MX5100 4x4 with a FEL.
I bought it new at Seal in Woodville.
It’s been a good tractor with no issues. I keep the fluids/ filters changed and grease it often . I use it to clip trails/plots, disk, keep up the driveway, and countless other things around the house.
JD, Kubota, and Mahindra all build fine tractors. Find a dealer you trust that’s been around for awhile and don’t look back.
