Anyone have suggestions for the best place to go for this around the northshore/NOLA area? Is U-haul good or what?
TIA

I just bought a vehicle and I want to add a tow bar/hitch, etc.

If your talking basic bolt to frame tow hitch, no way I would pay someone to do that. Its like 8 bolts to the frame and thats it.
ETA: Yea and maybe less for that one. Looks like its going on something small.

Uhaul will warranty their work nationwide if you have a problem. I've had one on my wife's car for 3 years now with no issues, wiring or otherwise.
I think I paid $50 labor (IIRC) to have it done on my Jetta wagon. It was worth $50 not to have to remove the bumper cover and all that crap.
I typically do all my own car maintenance but I couldn't overlook the warranty aspect.

You realize the wiring is just a plug-in adapter right? For $50 I'd bolt it in and plug in the wiring adapter myself

if you're doing any serious towing you'll want a transmission cooler....they ain't too pricey
