It's a nicotine agonist, so it works for any form of nicotine.
And it does work pretty good IMO.
The way it worked for me was to make it seem as if the nicotine wasn't working after some days of taking it-- I didn't get the nic-hit I was expecting from the cigarette no matter how many I smoked...
