My take, informed by growing up in quail country in S. Georgia:
Where are you from in South Georgia?

No, but I make up for it afterward.

Nope, but I do hear that it's the best haircut in the world.

Well damn, I just looked up where it's legal and you're right. I always thought it was a northeast thing, but I may be thinking of deer drives. Never done either and don't know anyone who has.
ETA: just read up on this in North American Whitetail. Had no idea it was so contentious. Is it a big thing around here?

I grew up not far from Albany, town for us was Moultrie. If you wanted to be fancy then u drove to Thomasville.
I spent a quite a few weekends in Albany with friends watching the rich boys from the big city cruise their mini trucks up and down the road by the old bowling alley.

Well, that much hasn't changed. I don't get back there very often-- my folks retired and moved to the coast just south of Savannah.

People that aren’t from Georgia tend to overlook the east coast of GA. It is a beautiful place to retire.
I don’t visit as much as I would like either. I still love it there though, my parents are in Alabama as well now but now that dad has retired my folks go visit the family a couple times a month.
Both of my sons swear that they will move to SG once they are old enough.

How do you feel about cheap cooler purchases from board members with a random sketchy "business model"?
