Just recently fell victim to a burglary where all my guns were stolen from me...learned the lesson on a gun safe the hard way. Anyways I luckily had insurance, but unfortunately getting all your guns stolen only makes you want to upgrade.

Anyone here ever used the Remington Versamax Sportsman? My last duck gun was an automatic and I fear going to a pump now, however I don't want to shell out 1.5k for a benelli or something like that

Weighs as much as a boat anchor but goes bang when you pull the trigger. Usually.

Did you have firearm insurance or just homeowners? How much did they cover?

Sorry for your loss, that has got to be rough.

ETA: Go check out the Beretta A300 Outlander. You can find them for $600 on sale.

Versamax would not be considered as an upgrade from many guns. Beretta's are nice as well as the Browning Maxus....or save some money and go with the m3500 Stoeger. Great gun for the price.
