It's called the "baited mount." It's supposed to replicate the bird diving into a baited field, lots of people are starting to do it

I think it's called a "dead mount". My dad has a banded greenhead that is basically the same. I like that style.

Nope. It's a dead mount. Supposed to replicate the duck dead, tied and hanging in the tree. I did this one several years back and I see still see it done.

All ducks that I get mounted are in pairs (hen and drake). Had a pair of redheads done a couple years ago. Did them in flight next to each other. They look good.
