We do not have very many eastern diamond backs in our area, but that said the timber rattlers are plentiful and a more aggressive breed.

Here is a picture of a diamondback I killed at a forestry camp in south Alabama. Picture doesn't show it but his head was huge.

frick. Whatd you kill it with? i wouldnt have gotten close enough to kill that with anything less than a shotgun. fuuuuuck i hate a snake bruh. Snakes and spiders are the two main reasons it takes me so gahdamn long to walk through the woods
