Will you be posting instructions?
It would be awesome to learn, but I just can't afford to build one right now.

I posted a week or so ago that I'd pay for materials, etc., if someone would build it for me. That would leave me free to mingle with and supervise the trashy beer drankin' crowd.
I wish you had responded..

Here's the link for the traffic cameras from new Orleans to Baton Rouge.
Thanks...
we'll be pulling out as soon as my son walks in from school...so I'll be off the OB for around three hours...Fish knows my number, so if any of you guys get an emergency traffic report to save me from getting in a bind, I'd appreciate you posting it for Fish to let me know...
I'm stoked!

should I go up 110 to 61 to the new bridge? route says longer,
If you exit on Airline and jump back on I110, that would keep you from going on I10 to the bridge, cutting back to I110 were there will be a lot of traffic. Still, there is a lot of traffic on airline. It's about 5 miles heading north on Airline to get on I110.

Yes. Maybe another build in the fall. We will see. Kind of hard for me to plan that far.
Old man, if you want one, we can get it done. Really. I do have the wood to do it now.
Just a update. Had another deluge here at the house.

I'll be right there with Pepperidge. We're traveling up tonight so we don't have to get up so early tomorrow.
Can't wait to meet all you guys and do this build.

I was going to ask, hows the tent?
The low area behind my house looked like a stream was forming a while ago.

My yard is submerged. Good thing I have a raised house because I'm pretty sure I'd have water coming in otherwise.

On the brighter note, you have a place to test the pirogues now.
