Wouldn't that be right handed fishing?
No.

Uh oh. What did I start?

ETA: and why did Alx leave casting out of what he quoted? Fishes casting reels right handed and spinning left handed?

Casting doesn't matter. There are legit reasons for either hand.

As a lefty I hold both rods with my left hand and reel right. Any other way would be awkward.

I'm right handed and reel spinning with my right hand but fly rod with my left hand. I don't use a baitcaster.

Same. I look like I should be using a Barbie pole when I try to reel with my left hand

I would look silly fighting a Red with my right hand.

Same here, except I'm a righty that reels with my left on both rods. No way I could fight a decent sized red with my left while also trying to net it into a kayak

I have a 30lb minnkota transom mount with a group 24 deep cycle. It works well, until I get lit and get into the real shallow shite and waste the battery life

Yep. 2 plates and 12 screws. Now I cast right, switch rod to left and retrieve.

I still don't understand the guys that reel left handed with spinning but right handed with casters. The first time I tried a righty baitcaster I was a mess, swapped to lefty baitcasters and have been good to go ever since. Plus no swapping hands after making a cast.

I’m in the .1%. I go all lefty all the time and I’m right handed. I want my dominant hand handling the rod and my stupid hand (left) only reeling.

Alx, got a Native question for you. Why does it seem like dealers push the hell out of Slayer10’s but not 13s? I’m really enjoying my 13 but it seems like the forgotten about boat in the lineup.

I honestly have no idea. My guess is, it's the weight? I only know one guy with them. He bought number 1 for his kid. He had/has a Hobie for himself. It got to where any time his son was not using the 10, he would use it. He has since bought two more.
