Does anyone have experience with having a deer processed at the Francis Smokehouse in St. Francisville? We typically bring ours to Vine Bros in Centreville, but was thinking about giving the Francis a try.
Prices seem comparable.

No but the owner post on the Food Board, goes by the name of B&T Coonhound I'm pretty sure.

Stopped and ate there today as I passed through coming from cajun country, haven't had a bad meal yet. I never cared for vine's sausage

The wife and I were talking about going take a ride up there and try out the new place. Heard nothing but good stuff.

Will they process venison into ground meat? I'd love to try them!
