Does anyone have experience with having a deer processed at the Francis Smokehouse in St. Francisville? We typically bring ours to Vine Bros in Centreville, but was thinking about giving the Francis a try.

Prices seem comparable.

No but the owner post on the Food Board, goes by the name of B&T Coonhound I'm pretty sure.

Will they process venison into ground meat? I'd love to try them!
