149 ?

10 point with 2 drop tines... Right main beam looks to be 22"... 20.5" left main beam... 18" inside spread... Let's say the base circumference is 2.75" (that's being generous)... Math isnt really adding up.

I'm gonna say my guess of 136 1/2 is pretty accurate.

It is a very nice 4 1/2 year old buck though

Comparison: my 11 point is 141". Scored at muy grande in Texas. 149 seems a little high but I'm not as experienced as most guys on here in this area

Your mass measurements are low for that deer.

You're thinking more like 4.5" ? The bases are tough for me to judge from that angle.

Holy shite I knew this thread would be a hoot. 51 Sq miles of high fence dog running on Busbice land. I'm surprised the OP didn't collectively implode.

I ain't missing no arse but I agree with the sentiment. No more than 130 stretching it.

That's one way to keep the neighbors from shooting your dogs.

How do y'all manage deer when running dogs? I've never had the time to judge age and size when they come bolting out from in front of dogs. Or do y'all have a different set of rules when running dogs?

Well seeing as we have people who are certified to score deer and have scored deer all over us and canada...I kinda trust him.

Slickback its such a big area that we can make a few mistakes and still not have any effect upon the herd. We should probably take more deer than we already do.

For comparison this deer scored 149 by a big buck contest scorer. It's my best.
