I want to surf fish but have my line 500 yards out. Im way too lazy to get my arse in a kayak and paddle way out and drop.

Ive seen drones, but Im scared they wont "lift" the baits I want to drop (id like to drop some shark baits at some point, in addition to others).

Any suggestions for anything that may work?

The bait boats I have seen (very few) have bad reviews, or have a european outlet.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

rig a release catch so that you can rock the drone and drop the bait

Pay somebody to paddle out and drop baits for you!
Maybe there is somebody in the vicinity with a kayak or surfboard that will do it for a few dollars or a couple of cold beers?

I want fish the close in rigs from shore. Any ideas. Thinking about bringing a bunch of rocks and building a jetty to then. Is this a good idea?

Get yourself about 10 of these and you can walk out and drop baits where ever you want. You don't need to buy gravel stone anymore.
