Clean with soap and water, touch up paint, repair any leaks, spray with clear shellac. The shellac protects the paint from chipping and makes them shine. A healthy bird's feathers shine, just like a healthy dog, horse or cat.

Wick and a few others suggested emailing them and asking for the change since it was so close to my real name. I see so many name change threads go south on the help board, so I never even attempted it there.

I just emailed yesterday and let them know, and this morning it was done.

Interesting. I'm not worried about other people knowing my identity, it's just that lately every dinner conversation with my wife has to do with what I wrote on TD that day.
