Snapped these this past weekend. It has its lows, but man, get away from the dysfunction, it's beautiful.

Love it. That last picture of the Sandia's probably from around Placitas? Nice.

I have family in Rio Rancho and Chama. I love the country from the mountains to the desert.

My wife and I stay in Taos every year and go skiing from Santa Fe and Taos, Angel Fire and Red River. Yeah, Colorado has better overall skiing but I am cool with the Enchanted State.

BTW, coming from a South Louisiana guy who loves saltwater bay and offshore fishing, catching trout in those rivers and mountain lakes is incredible. Highly recommended for anyone who has the chance to go.

Cool pics!
BIL and I spent about a week camping near Carlsbad Caverns NP hunting Mulies in 1980.
The cave was spectacular!

Have wanted to go back but haven’t made it. Yet!

It's at Kasha-Katuwe Tent Rocks National Monument. Very nice hike.

Awesome place. My wife went to grad school in ABQ for 2 1/2 years, so we got to experience everything. Very unique corner of the country.

Love me some New Mexico... I spend more time in Colorado but the people of new Mexico are less pretentious, the property is more affordable and the food is much better!
