Those look like Audad. We had a ton of them on our ranch in the hill country, but the property owner killed them all because they kept destroying the feeders by ramming the legs and knocking them over. Cool game animal though. Can't really eat them because they taste like chit.

Yea we used to have them at another place I hunted at, but he never let us shoot them. I hope this new rancher lets us shoot these

So you didn't know the ranch had goats before you got in ? That's pretty common west of S.A.
I would ask before laying lead on one.

Our previous lease out there had a ton of goats and big arse rams. But we got out of that lease for several reasons, and we have been in this one for a few years now and we have yet to see big rams like this.
Yea I'll have to ask when we go in a few months, mare they good eating?

Yea I knew the little ones are, my uncles borrows a few of the little ones, or cabrito. We are not supposed to take those

There are so many exotics in South Texas it is hard to tell. They look to me like Catalina Goats or Corsican Sheep. Probably, Catalina Goats as that they are all different colors.

this
they stink and will tear up all your feeders
the good news is that they are exotics, so there is no season or limit
enjoy!
