Not sure on the take down procedures because I looked at thing... threw up a little and then posted it on the OB.

For the life of me, I've never understood why some folks get so worked up about pulling the trigger on an empty chamber before cleaning it, disassembling it, putting it up for storage, etc.

Because the majority of people are total idiots, and companies have to install things like this as a foolproof idiot mechanism. Then they try and market it as "extra safe".
