Six O' clok hold VS center hold

Hello everybody,
I have a problem pattering my sbe3.
I tried pattern it for wild boar (slug shells),24 inches barrel, with C/IC/M chokes, using the CTK Precision Gun Vise, and i found out that all my shots are a litte high.
I was aimint center hold, and then i figured out that aiming Six O' clok hold gets me right in the target.
The problem is that im not used to hunt with Six O' clok hold, do you have any idea or suggestions on how to make my gun shoot low with the center hold?

Increase the height of the front sight

Taller bead in front

Should not matter if you use the top edge of the front bead to aim.

I’m not used to it on mine either and always miss birds because of it.
That being said, I think most if not all Benelli use a six o’clock hold.
You may can get a fiber optic sight and use a washer to make your rmfrom sight higher.

How high is it shooting and at what range? It may not be a negative thing if you want to lob one in at longer ranges.
A quick google says 8-10in drop at 100yds I would have guessed 12in but I have overestimated
2-3inches over most of my life..

I was shooting at 20 yards, and aiming at the green point. The 2 up with C choke, the 2 in the middle with IC, and the closest ones with M choke.
All the shots went high with nearly 7 inch from the center at only 20 yards, expect that one when i shot six’o clock hold.
(The green point is a 20 cm cercle)

So yeah at that range I would hold the dot sitting on top the bead which is why I have never noticed it shooting high.
Not sure what else to do maybe adjusting the cant do you have the shims? Not sure if this will help or not if you are truly getting down on the gun.
I’m sure someone else will chime in

I don't know what your farthest shot might be, but maybe consider using something along the lines of the old battle sight technique. Always hold the bead at center hold (the way you prefer to aim) but change where you hold on the animal. At 25 yards hold it low on the animal. At 50 yards hold center mass, and at 75 yards hold high on the animal. Depending on the trajectory of the slug, that may put it in the bullseye. Range time will tell.

In other words, it's shooting just fine for a slug gun.

I hunt slugs.
Try Carlson's rifled slug tubes and upgrade to Brenneke slugs

I guess i have to just practice aiming with the sbe 3:) i used to hunt with a browning a5 holding center at 30 yard was directly in the middle of the target. It is not the same thing with benelli i assume...
i will try to adjust aiming with slug the way benelli works:)
