Selling a boat on Louisiana Sportsman?

Its time to let the Frontier go to a new home but its been years since ive sold a boat and was wondering if Louisiana Sportsman Classifies is still popular now that its a paid subscription?

I think FB marketplace kind of shut down La sportsman. I haven't been to their site since they went subscription.

You can also try Bayoushooter. It's primarily for guns, but a lot of south Louisiana people are on there and sell all kinds of stuff.

Nice boat. I’m a couple years away from trading my skiff in for a Frontier or BJ224. Great boat for the LA marsh

I’ve had a pristine Yamaha 25 tiller, motor only, listed on there for a couple months with zero bites. Seeing this thread is a good reminder for me to cut off the subscription before it renews.

I posted a boat in FB marketplace and had 25+ messages within the first 2 hours before u had to turn it off. Had a guy Venmo me a deposit and come pick it up the next day.
Marketplace is by far your best bet to sell almost anything. If it doesn’t sell quickly, it’s overpriced.

That I4 Yamaha gets 3.25 mpg at 40mph. This is the boat they need with these gas prices
