Had rice and gravy.

Just threw a brisket on the smoker for an all night cook. I don't drink too much anymore but might have some Iroonroot Republic Whiskey later. Will definitely be blazing some other kind of smoke as well.

I took out some sauce piquant I made a while back out of the freezer, cooked a pot of brown rice to eat with it and made an eggplant/shrimp/cheese casserole with fresh eggplants from my garden.

Right now I'm having a vodka/cranberry juice cocktail for something refreshing and not carbonated with a kick to it.

How do you like that griddle? Been thinking of buying one but biggest concern is keeping it clean

About to put some Hoover Sauce marinated yard birds on the grill with veg skewers. Variety of beers while rigging up a few rods for tomorrow. 3yo daughter is eating a blue snow cone and looks like a smurf. I bought it for her so mom may not be happy when we go inside.

It's amazing.

I use it in my brisket marinade and cook with it. Makes the gravy after the brisket is cooked in it amazing.

Has a bold flavor.

Good on chicken mixed and cut down also.

Beer, pikapeppa with fritos are killer combo.

It's my go to dip for football season.

1 bottle does 2 blocks of cream cheese.

Just open and dump the top of a block when cheese is soft.

Simple.

When you taste it you'll find elsewhere to use it. Good in browning bags and crock pots or as a glaze finishing your BBQ at the end. Or as an addition to marinades. Everyone that eats it asks my secret. Well there it is...
