Looking at buying one in 7.62x39 for a hog/truck/plinker gun. Any opinions?

They are good. They work well and shoot well. If it were me, I would spend the little bit extra and buy a CZ527 carbine in the same caliber. You won't regret it. CZ makes awesome rifles and my backup CZ550 has now become my primary hunting rifle. Seriously consider the 527 in 7.62X39.

I have the predator in .308. Good little rifle.

I should have the Magpul American stock at my house when I get back tomorrow.

I have two predator versions, 308 and 6.5. Great rifle for the price.

Got the Magpul stock when I got home and switched it. Looks really good.

Will take it out before long to shoot it.
