The owner of rarebreed sued the ATF and won. He also sued WOT and bigdaddy unlimited for Patent infringement and won.
The have submitted a shitload of documents t ATF for reconsideration and crickets from ATF. He posted last week that they are about to sue ATF again because they won't respond.

He won the injunction lawsuit that lifted tge cease and desist from ATF. They can still come after him again. He submitted a petition for reconsideration from ATF that included all tge info tge need. They won’t respond. He is suing them for failure to respond to the reconsideration.
ATF is famous for not responding and keeping the company/individual in legal limbo. They did the same tge to Q on the HB.
Apparently some people started spreading rumors they were raided and gave up all their sales data.
The owner shut that down.

I wish I had known about binary triggers for AR-15s when I was having trouble with wild hogs.They’ve been gone for 2 years so I’m not sure buying one now is worth it.I can’t see these staying legal so probably not worth it now.I’m past the stage of my life of just throwing a lot of lead for kicks.
