Flathead lake has an island with wild horses and there are some old barns with the mountains in the background that make some good shots. The old Porter Ranch barn is one that comes to mind.
Gonna try and get up to glacier next summer or fall. Was gonna do it this year, but did Lamar Valley and Beartooth Hwy before heading down to GTNP.
Wanted to do sunset on top of Beartooth, but when i got to the top, I realized there was no way i wanted to drive back down at night….hoping to camp up there next year and photograph sunrise and sunset
