Down here for Thanksgiving week at the Caribe, right by Perdido Pass bridge, any suggestions where to go and try and catch some fish without a boat? Thanks

Right off boat docks at the Caribe.... caught plenty reds there, some small mangrove. There's a marina at the end of dock that has bait. Caught a ton of white trout one night off those docks at one of the lights, throwing white plastics. U can also fish under the bridge at the pass but I've ever had much luck there?

You should be able to hook redfish or bluefish from the docks there during the tide change.

Might be able to catch flounder wade fishing the surf.

Surf looks like it will be flat this week from the reports. Use gulp shrimp or mullet on 1/8oz jig head.

In Aug - Oct time period you can catch kings off the jetties with live hardtails under balloons. This last front may have blown them out to sea though.

Under Perdido Pass Bridge, Cotton Bayou, Terry Cove, Bear Point. Also, you could fish the jettys at Perdido Pass.

Get out on the gulf side early in the morning and see if the ladyfish are running, thats some fun shite, they will bite anything.

You can throw shrimp or pogies at the pilings under the bridge and catch blues and reds.

Then there is always standard chunk and soak on the gulf side, shrimp/squid/mullet on a spider or pyramid rig, just be prepared to haul in hardheads.
