I believe that/ The dogs don't go outside at night unless im there. Its crazy that i have seen this bob cat at 9:30 am 2x since october. Just never thought I'd see it so frequently. I am probably going to call a trapper to have it relocated. If i didnt have the dogs, i would eave it be.

It absolutely CAN, but it almost certainly won’t unless it’s starving to death or cornered. Predators don’t stay alive by looking for challenges.

I don't think a bobcat will tangle with a dog.

It really depends on the situation.

Our beagles jump a bobcat every now and then during hunting season and nothing has ever happened.

Tangling with a dog vs tangling with multiple dogs are two different things.

Let it walk. One thing about dogs, you can always get another one that looks just the same. Not so about bob cats.

I would let the bobcat be, he’s just trying to make a living just like we are.

If the dog has the sense to leave him alone everything will be fine. But if the dog goes looking for trouble and corners him and makes him feel threatened that bobcat will absolutely F him up.

This completely depends on the wife. If she’s threatening to take away privileges then the bobcat has to go.

An 8 pound house cat will frick up your terrier.

That bobcat certainly could but it isn’t interested.

Probably going to stay away. However, even if a mid-sized dog cornered a bobcat, the dog would likely get fricked up unless a real fighter. The dog will be wondering where all those fangs and claws came from.
