fished a farm pond the last thursday before the rain and cooler temps set in and caught these. Used a black and chartreuse yum jig with red head. Using a bobber set at about 8" deep. Ultra light rod and reel. Had a blast!

Thanks. I try to stock up on them so we can have a big fry opening weekend of deer season at the camp. Almost got enough!

None yet! When I do, you can bet I will remove the hook using a different method than I do on the sacs!

Tried them again this afternoon. Just one bass and one sac. Weather has them messed up here...really wanting some warmer weather!

Yes they are! I just strap mine in behind the tail gate. Lot easier to get to and dig thru that way. My dad used to mount his on the side of his bed. I never liked it mounted like that. Harder to look through.

That's pretty much all I ever use. Sometimes I will use a blue and black with a red head. I have probably six unopened packs of the black and chartreuse! I make SURE I am not going to run out! Lol.
