why yall shoot tarpons
there's a guy at UNO doing a study on them so he asked for us to give him the ones we shoot but usually its the same as the sportfishermen that target Tarpon, its just a sportfish

ETA: though like other fish, we dont shoot every one we see, only the biggens or "trophies"

I gotcha just wanted to make sure I shouldn't be making tarpon balls or couvillion with the next one

Down in the keys (and maybe all of Florida) you are supposed to have a special $50 tarpon tag to even remove one from the water......actually big debate over the law which states you must release them immediately and if pulling them alongside for a picture is quick enough......fricking pansies

Heading to Cypress Cove Marina (Venice) Friday afternoon. Watching the Saints game, drinking a few beers, then going to bed. Waking up Saturday at 5am, walking 100ft to the boat. Heading out for my first tuna trip with Captain Mike Ellis, relentless sportfishing. Hoping to get plenty of blood on the deck

Ding Ding Ding....we have a winner for best weekend plans. sounds like my idea of a perfect weekend, that is if Mike puts you on some fish (im sure he will)!
