Getting ar15 for Father’s Day/birthday but can’t seem to find ammo! Anyone know of any 556 or 223 available anywhere? Would like to be able to actually use it! Thanks for any help

It took 5 days from order to front door for 1000 rds of 5.56. It is really tough to find it locally. See if the place you are getting the rifle has a box or two.

Spillway Sportsman in Port Allen has both 5.56 & .223 in stock, they did last week anyway

I just ordered my son a 350 Legend upper from Bear Creek arsenal. The lower is PSA. I may paint it . What scope would y’all recommend? It will be used for deer.

I’m really not aware of very many companies that make Glock mags. Maybe two that make regular (not including Glock) and a couple that make high capacity mags (drum)
Just get Glock. Natchez has them for $20

Ya back in the day if it wasnt a glock brand mag it sucked or didnt work.
Glock mags arent terribly expensive so I never bothered getting the magpul or etm(I think) mags.
