Recently got an EXPS3 and really really like it. Also have a MRO and a T1 and both of those are nice as well.

They offer an H2 version if that weight buffer works well in your AR. As mentioned, worth every penny (to me at least). Have one in all my builds.

buy the cheapest 7.5" 5.56/300blk upper you can find on PSA and then slap a Q 7.5" barrel on it and be good to go.
