I have never bought one but there are dealers that specialize in them:
Not really sure of the entire process to buy one other than it's just a $200 stamp.
Machine gun central
Another dealer

Pay $25k for a Colt machine gun lower

They’re $500 because of the roll mark.
Brownell's had complete 6920 lowers for less than $300.

what if you made a SBR machine gun? is that $200 or $400?
Machine guns do not need a separate stamp to be an SBR. But like other posters have said you can’t convert a semi to full unless you are a manufacturer. Even then there are a ton of regulations.

Had, as in past tense. And if you read the reviews, they sounded like seconds with sub par engraving. Everyone who had colt lowers are either out of stock or ~$500+. Most on gunbroker are pre bans.

Nah, there's one listed on ODT that's $350 because it has the restricted stuff on the right side of the magwell.

So I am looking hard at a SiCo Saker K that are made in Direct Thread only and are on sale for only $325. It was some special run of DT only and are from last year so just trying to move them.
I was thinking about rock setting one onto a 11.5" 556 upper and tucking the can under a hand guard.
If I pin and welded I wouldn't have to SBR becasue on a 11.5" it would be 16".
Never pinned anything but its my understanding you will have to jack it up if you ever needed to take it off. Same goes for suppressors I guess...would that be a bad idea to pin and weld a NFA item?
This is not my first can I have a hybrid and omega already along with some pistol K cans.

one of my fears is destroying an NFA item accidentally. there's a lot of money involved when buying a $1000 silencer + a $200 tax stamp. I know you said $325, but $525 is still a lot of money for 1 stray bullet to destroy a can.

my brother had a b-strike last weekend on an aac m4-2000. should be repairable. I personally would never pin a suppressor to a rifle though.

Yea more I think of it id just rock set it. Then I could run it on my pistol lower or swap it onto a lower that may be SBRed already in the future.

Carson (or anyone) - who has the best, "all the time" price on Giessele triggers?
And does anyone know the schedule of when PSA (and/or Primary Arms) puts them on sale?
Used to be regular, but I haven't seen it in a while.

They’ll probably do it around 4th of July

Anyone have any experience with the CMMG .22 bolt barrels or complete gun/upper?
I am looking hard at the little 4.5" banshee .22 upper to put on a psa meme space rider lower. Get a bowers bitty to tuck under the hand guard and a folding brace. Maybe the sig pic rail style since it needs no buffer tube?
If I didn't get the banshee upper maybe build one with a Fortis Switch rail so I can get to the suppressor easier.

Do you get the 10% from Primary Arms? Should still be $216 for an SSA from them.

I doubt it. I just don't buy enough from them, although I think I got Mrs. Midnight's SSA from them for one of the $179 sales.
I guess I need to get approved (do retirees qualify ).
If they're in stock, RBA sells them for $219 with their 'Build your own LPK', but they never seem to be. Heck, they don't even have ambi safeties in stock right now.

Brownells has one for $144
I put one in my 6.5CM build.
It's a perfect 3.5 lbs on the 2 stage.

G4G Guns has them for $200 right now but you can find better deals than that if you're willing to wait. Just keep an eye on gun.deals.
I got an SSA-E from Brownell's back in January for $158.
Nevermind: bbvdd with the scoop!
