If its actually in their hands, you should see a check in scan.
My guess is label created yesterday, going out with the pick up today
If there was flooding issues, you wood see the delay and exception, as well as, last scanned location

I have a 556 16" PredatOBR and while not the most ideal there not that bad. I have to say the RAT stock is the tits. I really like it. I have a Steiner T5xi waiting for the 762.

Thats what I thought. I just talked to the girl at Larue and she was positive that UPS picked it up. There were actually two boxes with different tracking. One shows picked up (its a smaller 1lb box). The 10lb box that is my gun does not. It's insured but still I am a little worried. Larue didn't seem too concerned about it.

It usually takes a few hours for it to be traceable. UPS probably has it and the number will show later on tonight.

OK I posted a couple of weeks ago that I was going to join you baws in the AR "community". Well I'm done "designing" it and have started ordering everything to put it together (a friend who has 3 of them is helping me put it together). I wasn't looking to build a "Rolls Royce" but wasn't trying to do it on the cheap either. Mine will be:
Barrel – Spikes ST-16” M4 Mid-Length 5.56
Trigger – Geisele 2 stage
A3 Upper, lower (stripped) & bolt carrier from Stag
Optics - Burris MTAC 1-4 X 24
Stock (adjustable & collapsible) & grip are both fairly standard from Magpul
Diamondhead VRS-T-556-Threaded floating handguard
Also I need you guys thoughts on the Magpul PMAG M2 magazines.
TIA

Very little difference between the m2 and m3 pmag. M3 just has a depressor cover on top.
Save the money and get the m2.
Pmag is the only way to go.
There is some debate on how many pmags to have. General idea is at least 10. Eight regular 30-rounders and two 20-rounders (for bench shooting).
A lot of people have twenty to thirty pmags, but that seems a bit high to me. I think if you want to stock more than 10, keep those in the original packaging so you can sell them if the $50 price spike ever returns.

Thanks Mahootney; I have the M2s on my list but wanted ask before I pulled the trigger (pun intended)

Got an email about the DD V7 Pro today. Sick

Lancer is better, they just don't pump them out and they aren't as cheap as pmags. Lighter, as reliable, and steel reinforced feed lips

Lancer, H&K, and tan follower USGI mags are better than PMAGs. I use 10 rd PMAGs for range use because it's easier at the bench and they don't dent brass like mags with metal feed lips do. I probably have 40 30-rd USGI mags, 10 20-rd versions, and probably a dozen mixed 30-rd H&K and Lancer mags.

If I was stashing mags to make money from a potential ban I would aim for about 100. If I had 10 mags I use and 10 extra in packaging the last thing I would do if they ban 30 Rd mags would be to sell those 10 just for $500 unless I was that hard up for cash. The 10 you use are going to wear out over your lifetime and you're going to need more. Selling your spare 10 for $500 to spend that or more down the road when you need new mags doesn't make sense to me. If you're sitting on 100 you could make a decent profit and ensure you are set on mags for a long time.

Where people were paying $50/mag.... and, of course, the prices eventually fell back to normal.
Just taking the advice posted throughout this thread.

can't tell if that Mile High Shooter's combo is the 2 MOA, but it looks like that's consistent with their other Aimpoint offerings. I may call and see.
Is the deal and reputation of the company worth buying it?
I haven't really seen any used T-1s at a reasonable price.

Mile high is an excellent company to deal with.
