Its super easy to assemble. Bout 3 beers and shes done.
I printed the assemble/takedown book off arfcom. It walks you threw each step pretty well. If you have any issues just post up here, plenty of us here have assembled a few and can help out

Same here. I am finding things are harder to find than I was thinking. Still trying to decide on a barrel.

Get an upper vise block. I used something like this for all of my builds. It's cheap. Worked well for me up to 80ftlbs with no damage to my upper. The upper is clamped between two pieces in a vise and holds it securely. And for all the other work on the upper it will hold the upper by the front and rear lugs with some pins so you can do all the other work on the upper. Also comes with a lower vise block too.

Just has to be postmarked by July 13. And they are MUCH more lenient on mailed in filings versus e-filings.

Yeah, I had bought a lower to submit on a Form 1. Got nervous after the first disapproval, so redid the form 1 on that one and sent in another on my 16" lower just in case. Would rather have two in the pipe and end up with two or one rather than one and end up with one or none.
