So I guess the ammo buying craze is over. Just got back from Cabela's in Gonzales. They probably had over 1000 rounds of 223 sitting on the shelf.
Oh well, it was kinda fun stocking up when I did. Felt like I was getting ready for something big. Somthing like the zombie apocalypse.

The local Academy in GA had alot of .22LR this morning, but were still limiting purchases. I think even .22 is starting to ease a bit but we are only another mass shooting away from being in panic mode again.
On a related note: Has anyone ever shot this stuff? Thoughts?

Still hard to find ammo at a good price. Most of the stuff available is ~20%-40% higher than last year. The stuff that comes out at good prices (.22LR at 0.04/rd and .223 at 0.40/rd) sells out within seconds

i just got some 22lr delivered yesterday i had forgot i ordered. winchester m-22 1000 rounds. i probably have around 10k rounds of that stuff and forgot what was on backorder. anyway
