I’m taking my family on a trip to Gulf Shores the weekend before Memorial Day and am in need of some recs for a captain that can get find some decent fish. Most of the guides online charge out the arse for 4 hours at the cheapest. I don’t want to pay that kinda money to come home skunked. Any and all recommendations would be much appreciated.

Fished with Capt Mike Peek several years ago. Weather messed up our plans, but we caught some big trout. He was a fun dude to fish with too. Helped my young son a lot.

Off The Hook out of Ft. Morgan will put you on fish. I’ve used them twice before and last year we got into some Spanish and Kings on light tackle. That was fun.

OBA charters are expensive and you'll run over to mobile bay/dauphin anyway prolly. Look up the guides out of Dauphin. They are trout maniacs and get on good ones.

Patric Garmeson is a buddy of mine and well respected inshore guide in lower alabama. He would be a great option though it looks like other than May 18th, he is pretty booked that week before Memorial Day.
