I have really big broad shoulders sucks because i really need to wear XXL shirts but they look like a tent on me except for my shoulders.
5 years ago I was 172 pounds, 5%< BMI then I got a job where it was hard to go to the gym and then I hurt my back but I am finally about to be able to start back to the gym.

I've gained 18 lbs since the spill, but to look at the pics you get a clear understanding of muscle density. Knee on last leg, shoulder shot grinds when I do push-ups I don't want to do surgery again. I guess I have to start bike riding and I hate that.

When in shape I'm a 30x32, 33x32 atm but it's coming off quick since I quit eating triple portions every meal.

30x32 for me. Any smaller at 5'9 I'd look weird. Have trouble getting my jeans over my thighs sometimes. :squatproblems:

I've been told to live it up this summer, I fully intend to. Got some trips planned, gonna fish and golf a lot, drink many beers

The screw on the right side won't screw into the left side. The crank which is on the left side, won't screw into the right side. It's truly baffling. I'm starting to think I need to swap the bearings, but I don't have any idea how to pop them out.
