I messed around with herniated discs for about 10 years then woke up one morning in 2010 with foot drop. I had surgery to try and fix it but that didn't work and now I've got permanent foot drop but most people can't even notice it unless they look for it.

Between football and fighting and just general dumbassery I've accumulated a pretty good list of injuries. Severely degenerated C6 disc in my neck. Arthritis in both AC jt's from separated shoulders. Non-union fracture of my 5th metatarsal. Torn meniscus left knee. Dislocated most every finger on my right hand several times and left thumb once.

That's a few.

I have one that's so fat, he can't get his dick out to pee. He has to sit and just let it run out. You know it's time to go on a diet when your gut eats your dick.

Hell. I tell everyone with back problems to stretch, but most never do. They aren't willing to put in a little work. They just want a pill or a shot and go on.
