Should be total points divided by the numbers of days hunted. This would even it out a bit for those of us who may only hunt 2 or 3 days total

i'll go ahead and tell you, first gun hunt of the season, i may go into the negative numbers. i'm busting the first thing that steps out

That sounds good in theory but the lucky frickers that hint every other day would have a hard time getting an accurate numbers on days hunted

Let's start with this and amend it as suggestions come in:
Bucks= 1 point per tine. Tine must be 1" to count.
Does= 4 pts
Yearlings= -2 points
Kills with a bow, muzzleloader, and pistol= 2 extra points. Muzzleloader= gun that you pour powder down barrel, no .444, .45-70, 35 whalen.
Yotes and pigs = 2 points
All state game laws must be followed, including bag limits.
fire away with suggestions/ammendments, we'll give it a day or so and set the rules. Anything that has been killed so far this season can go in contest. Honesty is the key to keeping the contest fun.

make it a team competition? maybe put 3 posters on a team, build a little OB unity and competition?
if does are 4, why can't bucks be 4 plus 1 point per tine?
maybe put a limit on what a team can enter as well?

If we did some type of team thing, I could add some points with some bass probably, since I can't hunt hardly at all this season.
