Does anyone make gas non self-propelled push lawn mowers any more? Seems all the top brands only make self-propelled or battery powered. What happened to simple gas push mowers?

Walmart will have them and craftsman. cheap brands essentially, but they are out there

I bought one at Sears (yard machine) about 17 yrs ago for $88. The frame rusted out last year and I bought a Honda Black Max self propelled. Big mistake. When I find someone to buy this Honda, I'm going back to the Yard Machine. I could run with that push mower.

Yeah Yard Machines and Troy built seem to be the only brands still sold in big box stores in non self-propelled. I grew up with an old Snapper with no bells and whistles. Wish I could find the same one still sold.

Honda makes an awesome one. I dont remember the model number but I had one the whole time I lived in a subdivision. Had the gcv 160 engine. Loads of power and always started first pull. It was about $400

I got the self-propelled version for under $300. The non-self-propelled version is the HRR216PKA which is about $75 cheaper.

Maybe it was 200 then. Been several years

Go take a drive out in the country and look for the guy with 20 mowers in his front yard. I bet he will even have some old reconditioned 2 stroke mowers

Cub cadet SC 100 (3 in 1) in a high or low wheel.
I sold these a lot when I had cub cadet and really did not have many complaints. Simple you would have to be a moron to either leave gas over the winter in it or damage it. I think tractor supply sells them along with independent dealers. Around $249
Troy-Bilt TB 130 makes (3 in1) high wheel with a Honda engine and one around usually go on sale around Memorial Day. I think Lowes and some Ace Hardware distribution dealers like I was sell these. Probably my number 2 seller behind cub unless it went on sale. Runs around $249 to $259 and goes on sale during weeks like Memorial Day for $20 or $30 off. I use to order a lot for Memorial Day and 4th of July.

Have had a $199 Troy-Bilt with Briggs engine (Lowes) for 8 years. Have been through a couple of spark plugs and cleaned the carb a few times but it's still running strong.

Sunshine Equipment sells a Honda push mower that is not self propelled. They are a Honda Power tool dealer and they service what they sell.
