BTW, the dealership didn't mention anything about "breaking in" the engine.
Bought my 2013 Eco with 10 miles on it, and the mileage has definitely improved. First couple thousand miles or so, I was getting 13 in town. Now I'm getting 14.5-15.
I have read that you want to drive pretty aggressive for the first thousand miles or so, so the computers will "learn" your habits. I got mine and drove to Dallas that weekend, so the first several hundred miles the cruise was set- that may have hurt me a little. Haven't pulled anything so I'm not sure about towing MPG, but I definitely wouldn't expect all that much.

My boat is not a typical 21' bayboat thought. Deeper V and taller gunnels than most. Pretty heavy 21 footer.
yea i have a 20' xpress bay boat..not near as heavy. honestly man its a truck and pulls the crap out of stuff, cant expect good mileage and i know that so im not going to be upset lol

There's nothing that the V8 does better than the Eco.

Diablo Tuners. They make one for that F150 Eco Boost that can add 90HP and 90 Ft Lbs of Torque.

Also what gears do you have and 4x4?
Lariat 4x4 with the towing package, 3:55, etc. Mine came with the stock Goodyears instead of those crap Pirellis though. Not crazy about them, but they will do until they wear out and I can get what I want.

Do tuners void the warranty?
tuners will only affect the warranty if something breaks as a result of the tune
but any drivetrain issues, and you can bet they are gonna try to attribute it to the tune
to answer an earlier question, the MPG i posted are with a 4x4 with 3.73 gears

Do not drive your truck agressively during break in period. That is the opposite of what you want to do. Your computer will eventually adapt. I still dont get how you all get 8-9 towing mpg. I pulled a 21' sea count and got 13 easy.
