Need to move a camper to and from hunting camp a couple times a year. Anyone know where this can be done? Bumper pull by the way. TIA

You can do it from home depot also. You don't know a single person with a truck?

Thanks Clown. If I ever need to haul the shuttle, I will keep that in mind.

Thanks Meaux. Called Enterprise, $52 per day and $0.19 per mile for a 3/4 ton diesel equipped to haul. Thanks again.

No mention of camper description? Roughing it or living in luxury?

Be careful before renting. Most rental company trucks are not equipped for towing nor do they allow it.

I rented a F150 from Budget this weekend while traveling and it was fully set up for towing. It even had the integrated brake controller from Ford.

I'm pretty sure U-Haul rents trucks and usually have the ability to tow one of their trailers.

And an 06 tundra is only rated to under 5k lbs towing? I think my 2010 chevy could tow 10k and my 2011 Tahoe can pull 8,500. That seems really low.

Just did a quick search, maybe he meant axle or tongue rating? standard tow rating is like 7,500 for a 4x4...

Gross Axle Wt Rating - Rear 4000

Gross Axle Weight Rating 7900.00

Dead Weight Hitch - Max Trailer Wt. 6800
