Way to hang in there and get one. Did big boy show back up on camera? Do y’all have antler restrictions on the property?

I thought it was pretty hilarious. The seven point coming out made it a little less funny, but still pretty hilarious.

No haven’t seen him since that day. It’s private land that a buddy owns it’s not a club. He only ask that I kill mature deer. Season isn’t over till the 31st so I’ll hunt him the next couple weekends and see if I can get lucky

About 10 years ago I had a nice buck following a doe about 100 yards...stopped broad side.

Boom....nothing

Boom...nothing

Boom...nothing

Boom....shite

Went back to camp and realized I had 1 out of 4 scope screws remaining. Gun wouldnt hold a 10 foot group.

Killed him opening day the next year

Honestly guys like you make me fricking sick and if I ever hunted with someone as dumb as you, you’d either unload it or id unload it for you then shove it up your arse.

Of the two of us I’m the only one that does. You unload the fricking thing when you’re not hunting because the only thing you can shoot at that point is yourself or someone else.

Who is ever not hunting when you go hunting?

Made a huntvwith my Grandpa when I was a kid bout 13 or 14. We hiked about a mile in the dark to stand in the morning on the edge of a large beean field. I was using a 12 ga. With a slug and 00 buck.
For some reason grandpa had 2 rifles of the same model, Remington 742 semi-auto.He had a 308 and a 30-06. Of course he brought the 308 that morning with the 30-06 clip.Of course its not loading sobwe just sat in the blind with the 12 ga. When about 8:30 a wide tall mainframe 10 walks out in the field trailing a does at about 200 yds. Walked around for about 30 minutes out there presenting many broadside standing shot opportunities that would be money for that 308. Never got close enough for the 12 ga.
He gave me the 30-06 a d all his clips for it the next day. Never saw that buck again

Well I seen him on camera 2 days in a row. Early morning between 4:00-5:30 am. Vacation is over but I plan on going next weekend.
