Glad he is OK. My brother fell from his stand a few years ago because of an epileptic seizure. His buddy found him later passed out.

wow! whatd they have to do in the surgery? just sew it all back up? he has a drain on there?

Yeah revise the wound and sew it back up layer by layer, because they had to take some tissue out they had to make that vertical incision so the skin will heal correclty, and 2 drains to ensure drainage
