I just spent over $400 for out of state license to MS and haven't purchased waterfowl stamps yet.
Are you hunting waterfowl only? I buy the small game every year for MS and AR and it includes State stamps for both for about $100 each.
AR small game is 80 and stamp is 35
MS small game is 75 and stamp is 15

A 5 day pass actually costs what a resident pays for a year. I have been buying these for several years.

Try going to illinois where the tag to kill one buck is $425 plus 50 for license

I bought a Lifetime MS license when I moved to TN. One of the best things I ever did.
I think it was only $500 at the time which was almost 17yrs ago.

I think they're mad because we charge MSians and Texans out the arse for OOS fishing licenses.
Total bullshite.

Unless you are a MS resident for 18 months or a "Native Son",you cant buy a lifetime license.I think the resident lifetime is $500 and the native son is $1500.IIRC

MS lifetime is:
$500 for birth to 12.
$1000 for 13 and up.
$1500 for native non-resident.
I need to get all 3 of my kids theirs now.

Good luck with that story if/when you get stopped. You show the GW a TX ID and a LA license, prepare thy anus.

So MS did offer a non resident lifetime at one point? That would have helped a lot. I guess my dad didn't realize it. I'd rather pay 3 grand for lifetime then keep paying that 400+ a year

All because MS doesn't like the fact they have to pay $90 to fish our waters...oh the humanity.
