For right now? Something like tums/rolaids/Mylanta. Zantac/Pepcid are good and work pretty quick. Prilosec can take up to a week to really work.

Mine's been killing me today. Think mine is from sinus drainage and hydroxycut. Sneezed like 50 times this am.
