Moles in yard

They are digging up my yard and I’m ready to burn it all down. How do I kill these blood suckers? Any success stories?

Get a cat. I tried several store bought remedies and had little luck. A stray cat showed up and wrecked the moles. We started feeding her and she would pile them up at the back door. She has now been around for years and is named Freddy, as in Freddy Krueger. She's a pure killer.

I borrowed one of these mole eliminater contraptions from a friend of mine. I set it up after watching the YouTube link below. It was only out about 45 minutes and caught this little critter. See the igmur link. The YouTube link is how it works and how to set it in the yard. Mole Elliminator is the name brand of the trap.

I also had success with the trap. Only caught them in tunnels that were butted up against concrete. Could never get them in tunnels in the wide-open yard.

Best method I've used is to kill the insects and grubs in the yard. Get rid of them and the moles will leave
And I've had outside cats for almost 10 years

I've had luck with both the sideways guillotine you posted and with the smoke bombs.
I've also dug a couple up and taken them to their maker. Digging them up is harder than you think. Those little bastards can be quick. You ave to spear the ground just below them and flip them up.

I had several last year and killed them all. To do what I did, you have to be able to shoot a gun in your yard:
Walk your yard quietly around dusk with a shotgun. Sometimes you will actually see dirt being tossed and sometimes you will just walk up on a mound with an unplugged hole. An unplugged hole means he is working at that moment.
Put your shotgun on the hole and wait for him to bring up another load of dirt.
Fire.

When you smoke them out do you they come out of the tunnel? That seems like the most fun if you see them come out. I may get a trap. I have a dog and little kids tho, so probably put a 5 gallon bucket over it or something.

i got one as well and its creating a damn sinking spot when you step on the tunnel with all the rain lately.
I found the fresh tunnel yesterday and speared every inch of the tunnel with a machete but no luck

I remember in the 50's my dad taking a old tractor which had the exhaust under it and hooking a hose to it and then putting the hose in the mole run and covering it up and letting the tractor run and emit the fumes in the hole. There would be no sign of moles for several months and when a fresh one would move in yard he would do it again.

No. They die in the tunnel. The smoke is toxic. I've found it works best on the large piles above their dens rather than the tunnels they use to o around the yard.

I did the same thing with a pitchfork. Want to know what I killed? My damn sprinkler line.
