Does it get old driving one? I only drive them in our work trucks, and that's never in the city. Short trips around the farm. Would it get old driving one for 250,000 miles or so? Inquiring minds need to know.

Will you be sitting in rush hour traffic everyday? If not go for it. I used to cross the new bridge everyday in rush hour traffic and it was a bitch

I drove one ever since high school up until about 5 months ago. 12 years, I never had an auto.

Got an auto now, its nice, very nice.

Sometimes when you go to shift you may need to put your beer down. Or have your ole lady shift the stick for you. Other than that I love them.

If I buy a sports car, I'm getting one with a stick. No stupid paddle shift transmissions. Even if that limits my choices a lot since manuals are a dying technology, I still prefer it. You're much more connected to the car.

My future car (if I don't become a street walker) will be a CTSv. Refer to my signature photo...

Definitely makes drinkin a beer on the way home a little more difficult. You either have to steer with your leg or shift with your pinky.

In high school I broke my right arm. No big deal cause I am left handed. But shifting was a problem

I've driven a manual over ten years.

Average annual mileage 15K.

Driving a manual has never gotten old.

You can always improve your shifting and driving skills.

I love to downshift instead of tapping brakes.

Part of the reason I no longer have a manual.
