Pretty much - for now anyway. Dont usually do an impulse buy so will continue to ponder.

Good point - just cant afford all three at this time. Once I get the 9mm figured out will then start the process for a 45 probably.

Probably half these 4 pages are people talking about their glocks. Go with the Browning.

Finally ordered an HK P30L in 9MM today. I have five 1911's in some shape or form and really love the 45's. But I love the feel of this P30L. Haven't shot one yet, only held them. Put the order in for the light LEM version. Guess I'll have to report back.

Have you actually gone to a gun store and held any of these? The Glock is lacking in the ergonomics department for most people. But if the shoe fits, buy it.
My suggestions for standard polymer 9mm handguns:
Smith and Wesson M&P9
Ruger SR9
Springfield XD9/XDm9
Glock 17/19
I have a Beretta 90 two and I love the thing but if you're potentially planning on carrying this for concealed carry in the future, the Beretta is heavy as shite. Mine sits in my bedside and is very fun at the range, however.
A neat feature about it that I like is that you can use two different uppers on the same frame. Here is mine with both the 40 and 9mm slide. And the second link is my video review of mine.

And I also strongly suggest the S&W M&P. Its ergonomics are fantastic compared to others and it is a very soft shooter. Here is my review of the M&P.

I have a Ruger SR9, very nice gun. Would recommend you check one out.
You should go to a range where you can shoot several and see how they feel to you, then buy the one you like the best.

I recently purchased the Sig SP2022. I think it is an excellent value(~$400) for a polymer pistol in the SA/DA style.
Similar to the Glock, it has no manual safety, but it does have the de-cocker. You can pull through in DA for the first shot and then follow up with the very nice SA trigger.

I did and for me the glock was the best fit. Not the last one I will get I am sure. Who knows what next one will be.

The problem with buying a new pistol. Is you can't wait to get the next one.

Yep. Until then find buds with other makes and models and all go shoot stuff up. Good opp to try different types.

People bitch and complain about what's a better gun. But in the real world there is no right answer. Just find a handgun that feels good when you grip it. Then when you find that gun practice, practice, practice. Then you will have a gun that feels good and is accurate.

That's right. If your comfortable with it, shoot it good, and confident in its reliability that's the one to get.
